2024 Pool & Membership Information
The pool is funded solely from the pool membership fees. The annual Homeowner’s Association fees do not contribute any money for operating the pool, therefore, it is only fair that the privilege of using the pool is reserved for those that pay a seasonal membership fee to offset the operational expenses. You can purchase a pool membership for $90 by paying online HERE*, in person at Association Services BCS office, or at the Copperfield pool during the scheduled FOB pick up day, Wednesday (5/22/24), 6pm – 7:30pm.
*Pay Online for Pool Memberships: You can pay online by electronic ACH, debit, or credit card. Payments are processed through a payment processor called Zego (Paylease); this is the same processor/account you use when paying your HOA assessments online. You will have to manually type in the membership fee amount you are paying ($90), it will not prefill the amount. 1 FOB is included in your membership. Replacement FOBs for lost or damaged FOBs are $50.00. FOBs will be available for pick-up at the Copperfield Pool on 5/22 from 6pm-7:30pm, or M-F 9am-5pm at Association Services BCS office located at 1701 Southwest Pkwy Ste 209, College Station, Tx 77840. Association Services BCS also delivers FOBs to residents weekly on Friday. Please contact the office at 979-822-4443 or by email help@associationservicesbcs.com if your FOB is not working or to schedule a FOB pick-up or delivery.
Members may rent the pool for a private pool party 10:30am – 12:30pm Tuesday through Sunday & 7:00pm – 9:00pm Monday through Thursday. There is a $45 rental reservation fee that must be paid at the time of your reservation. Please contact Association Services BCS by phone at 979-822-4443 or email at help@associationservicesbcs.com to make a reservation for your private pool party rental. The Pool Committee has the right to revoke a pool membership at any point during the pool season, and to revoke future membership. Pool memberships may be revoked due to: violations of the HOA’s governing documents, including delinquent assessments, violations of pool rules, acts of vandalism, mischief, unsafe acts, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason the Pool Committee deems necessary for the safety of its members and the pool property.
Copperfield HOA Pool Rules
- The pool is restricted to Copperfield residents who have obtained a pool membership and up to 4 non-member guests per fob. (Example – The Sailor family has 5 family members and can bring 4 additional guests.)
- Due to safety issues, the gate to the pool must be closed and locked at all times.
- Keep bathrooms clean.
- Clean up after yourself, guests, and family members. Trash in trash cans, chairs moved back in place, ect.
- Diving is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
- No glass containers of any kind.
- Smoking or tobacco use of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- No alcoholic beverages or swimmers under the influence are permitted.
- No balloons are allowed in the pool area. (Parties may tie balloons to the fence.)
- Food or drink items must remain at the tables.
- Only items intended for pool use (floats, rings, balls, etc.) are allowed in the pool. No objects smaller than a tennis ball are allowed since small objects can damage pool pipes/equipment.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All guests must be accompanied by an adult member 18 years or older. Any member or guest that is unable to swim or lacks average swimming skills may not enter the pool area alone, regardless of age.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
